How do I install it?
- Download the APK on your phone.
- Open it. Android asks to allow installs from your browser: accept.
- Install, open CoolRoom, sign in.

FAQ
Questions people ask us
Is it really free?
Yes. The whole app is free and ad-free. So is the AI, with fair usage time for everyone. A paid plan may come for more AI, without taking anything away from the rest.
Does it work with my school?
If your school uses Pronote or Skolengo, yes. Skolengo works in every region. And even without an ENT, the chat, lessons and revision work for the whole class.
Is it an official app?
No. CoolRoom is an independent project, not linked to Pronote, Skolengo, EduConnect or the French Ministry of Education. It reads your data with your own login, exactly like you do.
Can my classmates see my grades?
Never. Your grades, mail and private lessons stay yours. Class applause talks about the class average, never your grade.
What about my parents?
Only if you accept their request, and only grades, homework and the timetable. Never the chat, your lessons or your mail. You can unlink whenever you like.
Does the AI read my photos?
No. Photos are read by a text recognition tool, then only that text, which you can correct, goes to the AI. No AI ever sees an image.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not on the App Store yet. On iPhone, CoolRoom installs from Safari onto your home screen, full screen. On Android it's an APK file. And the browser works everywhere.
Can I sign up if I'm under 18?
Yes, with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. It's asked at sign-up.
