Private by default
Your grades, mail, lessons and cards are yours. Sharing with your class is always your choice, never automatic.

Privacy
CoolRoom is made for teenagers. Here is what we keep, why, and what you can erase.
Your ENT login
It is only used to sync Pronote or Skolengo for you. It is encrypted on the server and never shown to anyone.
Chat photos and videos
Every file has an owner. The server only keeps them while they travel; after that they live on your class's phones. You can delete them everywhere, and “Erase my temporary data” in Settings wipes it all at once.
AI
What you send to the AI is only used to answer you. Your AI time is counted so everyone gets their share.
No ads, no reselling
No ads, no ad trackers, and your data is sold to no one.
Age
To create an account you must be 18 or older, or have the agreement of a parent or legal guardian.
